The Park and Recreation Department offers a fitness program just for women, with the nationally accredited Adventure Boot Camp.  Sessions take place between 5:30 and 6:30 AM Mondays through Fridays at West Goshen Community Park on the following dates:

Cost for all 20 sessions is $300 for West Goshen residents, or $320 for residents of other municipalities.  Can't make all sessions?  A partial plan would allow participants to attend three sessions per week at a cost of $200 for West Goshen residents, or $210 for non-residents.
