WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING May 22, 2002
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of West Goshen Township was called to order by Chairman Dr. Robert S. White at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2002, at the West Goshen Township Administration
Building. All members were present. Dr. White opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Dr. White opened the floor for public comment. No comments were made.
On motion by Mr. Meakim, seconded by Ms. McIlvaine, the Board unanimously approved the bills to be paid from the General Fund, the Sewer Fund, the Capital Reserve Fund, and the Waste and Recycling Fund.
On motion by Mr. Meakim, seconded by Ms. McIlvaine, unanimous approval was given for the following contributions to local non-profit organizations for 2002:

Dr. White stated that the organizations had made requests for the following amounts:
Good Fellowship Ambulance Club, $15,205.52; Neighborhood Health Agencies, Inc., $7,500.00; Adult Care of Chester County, $5,000.00; Chester County Library System, amount not specified; West Chester Public Library, $20,495.00. Dr. White added that the Board of Supervisors has pledged $50,000.00 over five years to the Good Fellowship Capital Campaign and that $10,000.00 is budgeted to be given this year.
Dr. White opened the floor for public comment. No comments were made.
There being no further business, on motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, the meeting was adjourned at 4:03 p.m.
