WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING June 22, 2005
A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of West Goshen Township was called to order by Chairman Edward G. Meakim at 4:03 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, at the West Goshen Township
Administration Building. Ms. McIlvaine was absent. Mr. Meakim opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Mrs. Evelyn Baker, 900 Sheridan Drive, asked if there was a written report on the Board's observations on April 21, 2005, of the field lights at West Chester University that are the subject of
Supervisors Hearing S-03-05.
Dr. White responded that there is no written report. Mrs. Baker said that in case of an appeal of the decision of the Board, it might be wise to have a written report. Ms. Sharon Lynn, Township Manager, said that the observations of the supervisors were presented on the record at the last hearing for West Chester University on April 27, 2005 and will be part of the transcript of the proceedings.
Mr. Meakim announced that the Board of Supervisors met in Executive Session on June 9, 2005, to discuss legal matters.

Dr. White said that the improvements to the intersection of Paoli Pike and Five Points Road are complete except for the signal work. Mrs. Baker asked if there will be left turn signals
and Dr. White replied that there will be left turn signals for traffic on Paoli Pike but not for Five Points Road because Five Points Road does not meet the warrants for a left turn signal.
