On motion by Mr. Meakim, seconded by Dr. White, the Board unanimously approved the Board of Supervisors minutes of February 4, 2009.

On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, the Board unanimously approved the bills to be paid from the General Fund, the Sewer Fund, the Capital Reserve Fund, and the Waste and Recycling Fund.

On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, the Board unanimously approved Resolution 08-2009 for placement of Stop signs at 32 locations.

Prior to the consideration of the possible approval of Ordinance 01-2009 amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 78 titled "Vehicles and Traffic", Mrs. Evelyn Baker, 900 Sheridan Drive, asked what vehicles would be prohibited from parking on the streets and Ms. Kristin Camp, Township Solicitor explained that in response to resident complaints this Ordinance would prohibit the parking of mobile homes, motor homes, trailers, truck campers, boats, boat trailers or utility trailers for longer than seven consecutive days. She said that the owner must obtain a permit for this parking and that parking in driveways is still allowed.

Mr. Jon McCormack, 830 Spruce Avenue, asked if double driveways are illegal in the Township and Mr. Richard Craig, Township Engineer said that they are illegal under the ordinance enacted approximately five years ago. He added that the double driveways in existence prior to the enactment of the ordinance are not covered by the ordinance and are allowable.

On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, the Board unanimously approved Ordinance 01-2009 amending the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 78 titled, "Vehicles and Traffic" specifically Section 78-9, 78-10, 78-12, 78-20 and to add a new Section
