On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, the Board unanimously approved the 2009 Holiday Schedule on which dates the office will be open.
On motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, unanimous approval was given for the adoption of Resolution 1-2009, establishing the following
boundaries for fire protection and the agencies chosen to fulfill the public safety needs of West Goshen Township:
BOUNDARIES
From Phoenixville Pike beginning at the northern boundary of West Goshen Township, southerly to the 322 By-pass, then along the PA 202 By-pass to
South Concord Road; then south along South Concord Road to the southern boundary of West Goshen Township.

On motion by Mr. Meakim, seconded by Dr. White, unanimous approval was given for the adoption of Resolution 2-2009, adopting the Emergency Operations Plan for West Goshen Township.
On motion by Mr. Meakim, seconded by Dr. White, the Board unanimously approved Resolution 3-2009 setting the Township Manager's salary for 2009 at
$110,000.
Mrs. Evelyn Baker, 900 Sheridan Drive, inquired about the percentage of the Township Manager's Salary being paid through the General Fund and the
Sewer Fund and Ms. Jeanne Denham, Finance Director, replied that 60% is paid by through the General Fund and 40% is paid through the Sewer Fund.
Dr. White announced that the consideration of the Conditional Use Decision and Order for the Jerrehian Property that was schedule for this date has
been postponed until the January 21, 2009, Board of Supervisors meeting.
Ms. McIlvaine opened the floor for comments. No comments were made.
There being no further business, on motion by Mr. Meakim, seconded by Dr. White, the meeting was adjourned at 5:16 p.m.

West Goshen Township Supervisor Hearing January 5, 2009

Supervisors Hearing S-01-09 which was duly advertised was called to order by Chairman Patricia McIlvaine at 5:26 p.m. All members were
present. Ms. Kristin Camp, Esquire, was present to represent the Township and Ms. Megan E. Daly King, Esquire, was present to represent the applicant.
The hearing was for the consideration and possible approval of a Conditional Use application for Metro PCS of Pennsylvania, LLC, who is seeking
conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 84-57.03.B(5), 84-57.03A and 84-57.03.B of the West Goshen Township Zoning Ordinance for the co-location of additional telecommunications antennas on an
existing tower located at 825 Paoli Pike. Applicant also seeks approval to install radio equipment cabinets on a concrete pad on the ground at the base of the tower.

At the conclusion of all testimony, on motion by Dr. White, seconded by Mr. Meakim, the Board unanimously approved the application with the
conditions that were suggested by Ms. Camp.
