MINUTES

1. The Meeting was called to Order by the Chairman, Robert Little, at 7:02 PM with THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
2. The Floor was Opened for Public Comment. There was none.
3. MINUTES
MOTION: To accept the MINUTES of 6/15/99 with typo corrections. ACTION: Spiegel/O'Brien (5-0).
4. Final Land Development Plan for 15,750 sq. ft. of Industrial Buildings for Richard Currie located on the north side of Saunders Lane at Saunders Court.
The Plan was reviewed and all requirements had been fulfilled.
MOTION: To recommend Approval of the Final Land Development Plan for Richard Currie. ACTION: O'Brien/Spiegel (5-0).

Final Land Development Plan for 25,600 sq. ft. flex building for Richard A. Baxter located on the east side of Andrews Drive, north of Saunders Lane. Rich Baxter and Michael Gillian appeared for the Plan for a Flex Building with the Plan showing divisions into future lease areas as needed. Storm Water Management and Hydrants are already present with the Industrial Park.
MOTION: To recommend Approval of the Final Land Development Plan for Richard A. Baxter. ACTION: O'Brien/Higgins (5-0).

Final 35-Lot Residential Subdivision for Greenhill Station, Inc. located between Greenhill Avenue and Pottstown Pike, north of Farren Lane. Victor Abdala and Daniel Wright appeared for the Plan. A question about hydrants were explained, with two existing and more shown on the plan. A cul-de-sac will remain so as not to ruin a yard. Instead there just been more area to park. In regard to slopes, on the side closest to Hamilton Woods, there is a sharp drop. Precautionary slopes were avoided. There was some discussion about a walk around the complex but the idea was rejected and there will be 34 buildable lots with the rest of the acreage in a 35th lot.
MOTION: To recommend Approval of the 35-Lot Residential Subdivision for Greenhill Station, Inc. ACTION: Bannan/O'Brien (5-0).
7. Discussion of Conditional Use application for additional telecommunication antennae on existing tower at 825 Paoli Pike for Judith A. Williams. The Commission discussed the Application
MOTION: To Recommend Approval for Conditional Use Antennae. ACTION: Higgins/Bannan (5-0).
8.
Initial Submission for Land Development to rebuild Pump Station at Boot Road for Atlantic Pipeline Corporation. The Plan will go to the Zoning Hearing Board in August. Nancy Higgins agreed to notify the neighbors that this matter will not be discussed by the Planning Commission before September.
9. Initial submission for Land Development for additional for antenna and related equipment located at 825 Paoli Pike.
10. Initial Submission from Bill Freas for the Driving Range and Pitch and Putt Conditional Approval subject to final letters from the Township Engineer. The Soils Report, Wetland's Report, and a Retaining
Wall Design need to be received along with the Engineer's Seal on the Plan
MOTION: To Hold Consideration of the Plan until the next meeting in September. ACTION: Bannan/Higgins (5-0).
11. COMMITTEE REPORTS and ANNOUNCEMENTS.
There were no reports from the Committees.
The Township Engineer mentioned two plans that have not been completed in time for the July meeting, Kelly's Sports and C & R Glass.
The Chairman announced there would not be a meeting in August.
David McCoach questioned grading off Haggerty Blvd and erosion.
Applications for Alternates for the Planning Commission are still being reviewed. There have been no interviews to date. Advertisements went out with the Township Newsletter.
12. MOTION: To adjourn the meeting at 7:40 PM. ACTION: Bannan/O'Brien (5-0).
