1. The meeting was called to Order at 7:00 PM by Bob Little with the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
2. The Floor was Opened to the Public for comment. There were no comments.
3. MINUTES
MOTION: To approve the MINUTES of 2/16/99 as submitted. ACTION: Diehl/Corbett (7-0).

Final 2-Lot Residential Subdivision located at 850 South High Street for Ms. Patricia P. Crane. Ms. Crane was present for the Plan. The applicant was subdividing so she could build a smaller house on the new lot for herself. The plan was in compliance with all ordinances.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Final 2-Lot Residential Subidivision for Ms. Patricia P. Crane. ACTION: Laudenslager/Higgins (7-0).

Final Land Development Plan for a 164,400 sq. ft. self storage facility located on the southeast corner of Phoenixville Pike and Greenhill Road for Bituminous Service Company. Donald Radbill and Denny L. Howell were present for the plan, which is in compliance with all ordinanaces.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Final Land Development Plan for Bituminous Service Company for a self Storage Facility. ACTION: Diehl/Spiegel (7-0).
6. Final Land Development Plan for a 27,000 sq. ft. office building on the northeast corner of Airport Road and Ward Avenue for Terramics/Brandywine Associates, Lot 13 Limited Partnership.
Timothy Barnard, Peter Hausmann, and Brian Sundermeir were present for the plan. The building will look similar to the one built across Ward Avenue.
All items were in complance with the Township's Ordinances.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Final Land Development for Terramics/Brandywine Associates. ACTION: Corbett/Spiegel (7-0).
7. Initial Submission - 26 residential lots for the Jerrehian Estate.
The Submission ignored what the Planning Commission had relayed to the applicant at the Sketch Plan Level. According to Ordinance, only 25 residential lots are allowed on a Cul-de-Sac which is a
development with only one exit. Modifications need to be submitted to the Board of Supervisors at the same time as the submission.
There other items which were missing on the Plan. The Township Engineer read to the Commission the letter he would be sending to the applicant as a request for compliance.
8. There were no Committee Reports.
9. MOTION: To adjourn the meeting at 7:39 PM ACTION: Higgins/Diehl (7-0).
