1. The meeting was Called to Order at 7:00 PM with by Paul Spiegel with THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
2. The Floor was Opened for Public Comment. There was none.
3. MINUTES
MOTION: To recommend approval of the MINUTES of 9/18/2001 as corrected. ACTION: Diehl/O'Brien (6-0).
4. Final Land Development Plan for a Health Club Complex for Lots 7, 8, 14, and 15 McDermott Drive in the Greenhill Corporate Park.
In attendance for the Plan were: Denny Howell, Joe Racello, and Charlie McDermott.
The size of the Health Club Complex is 109,081 squre feet.
The Condominium Plan was attached. There will be two plases. There are 341 parking spaces for Phase 1. There will be no regrading of the Flood Plain which will be used for soccer fields. The pool will be outdoors with a bubble cover and will be 5,500 square feet. There were questions about the Brown Easement which is an existing easement which is not to be used with this plan. There are no storm sewers or underground infiltration systems to be used.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Health Club Complex in the Greenhill Corporate Park. ACTION: Bannan/O'Brien (6-0).
5. INITIAL SUBMISSIONS
A. Land Development/Subdivision Plan for Wawa, Inc. at 1195 Pottstown Pike. The present Wawa Store will be demolished.
The plan is to construct a 4,911 square foot convenience food market with six gas pumps and to subdivide the property into two lots (Lot 1 for Wawa, and Lot 2 to be dedicated to the Township as a park).
6. COMMITTEE REPORTS
There were no Committee Reports. Dr. White called for an Executive Session after the meeting.
7. The floor was opened for public comment. There was none.
