1. The meeting was Called to Order by Paul Spiegel with the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
2. The Chairman Opened the Floor for Public Comment. There was none.
3. MINUTES of 12/17/2002
A copy of the Minutes was omitted from the packet. It was suggested by Bob Little that a copy be included in the next packet.
4. The Chairman appointed Bob Little as a voting member in the absence of Mike Bannan.
5. Initial Submissions
A. Subdivision Plan for four commercial rental units for Stephen R. Conway of Conway Mechanical located at 821 Lincoln Avenue.
Matthew Reaney was present for the Plan which draws three lease lines and breaks down the parking per unit for the Subdivision. Sufficient handicapped space is provided.
A land development plan is already approved. It was suggested that the Commission move directly to final subdivision plan.
MOTION: To recommend approval for the Final Subdivision Plan for Conway Mechanical.
ACTION: Little/Diehl (6-0).
6. COMMITTEE REPORTS AND INFORMATION
Rick Craig announced that he had information for training seminars and he would be glad to make copies for anyone interested. He reminded the body that the Township would pick up the Fees.
It was announced that the Domestic Violence Center site would be walked at 3 pm on January 31, interested persons to meet at the Garfield site.
7. The Floor was Opened for Public Comment. There was none.
8. MOTION: To adjourn the meeting at 7:11 PM.
