1. The meeting was Called to Order at 7:00 PM by Paul Spiegel with the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.

2. The Floor was Opened for public comment. There was none.

3. MINUTES

MOTION:  To accept the Minutes of 6/17/2003 as submitted.
ACTION:  Diehl/Bannan (7-0).

4. INITIAL SUBMISSIONS

 A.  Subdivision Plan for Lot Line Change for Michael Hanlon located at 1266 Bridgewater Drive. Five tiny pieces will allow better access for Mr.  Hanlon.  On Parcel A : Messier to Hanlon. On Parcel B and C: Hanlon to Messier.

 B.  Land Development Plan for a 5,505 sq. ft. commercial building for Scott Roberts located at 207 South Bolmar Street.  A Non-Conforming residential dwelling to be removed and a commercial building to be built at the rear of the lot.  On one side it appears to be a 4' sideyard and possibly 6' on the other. The applicant has been to the Zoning Hearing Board and has gained approval. Dean Diehl and Mike Bannan immediately expressed disapproval. Their position was that a wood cabinet shop would be susceptibleto fire and no fire fighting equipment could possibly get within range to stop a fire.

5. COMMITTEE REPORTS

There were no reports.

6. The Floor was Opened for Public Comment.

Lorraine McDermott said that Mr. Johnson had renewed his contract with Yarnell until August for the Coldspring Drive Project. Ray Halvorson and Rich Craig have walked the space and thought it would be suitable for passive recreation.  No decision will be made at this time. When the Comprehensive Plan is completed and approved, the Township will have many options and decisions to consider. The Township Engineer indicated that the Permit for a bridge has not been issued.

7.   The hour being early and still daylight, those Commissioners who were able were invited to go to the Bolmar site and inspect it.

8. MOTION:  To adjourned the meeting at 7:26 PM.
     ACTION:  Bannan/Diehl (7-0).

Respectfully submitted,

Nancy Boothe Higgins, Secretary
