1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Paul Spiegel with the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
2. Robert B. Little was named a voting member in the absence of James J. O'Brien. The Floor was Opened for Public Comment. There was none.
3. MINUTES
MOTION: To accept the Minutes of 5/20/ 2003 as submitted. ACTION: Bannan/Rafter (7-0).
4. INITIAL SUBMISSIONS
A. Subdivision Plan for 10 residential lots for Steve Janiec located at 618 Airport Road.
5. Final Subdivision Plan for revisions to a lot line change for Thomas Carricato located at 507 South Five Points Road.
The lot line changes by 12' and the north parcel is by itself.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Final Subdivision Plan. ACTION: Little/Bannan (7-0).
6. Final Land Development Plan for reconstruction of Good Fellowship Ambulance Facilities for Good Fellowship Club of Chester County, Inc.
The plan was displayed on the screen and many details discussed.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Final Land Development Plan Good Fellowship Ambulance.
ACTION: Higgins/Little (7-0).
7. Discussion of Conditional Use application for construction of a new 120 ft monopole tower and wireless communications facility at 919 Camaro Run for Omnipoint Communications Enterprises, L.P.
There was only one map available. Mr. Bannan made a motion to return the Plan for its completion.
MOTION: To return the map to the applicant so they can duplicate it and make an electronic submission CD for the Township. ACTION: Bannan/Diehl (7-0).
8. COMMITTEE REPORTS AND DISCUSSION
Act 167 was discussed by Mike Bannan and Dean Diehl concerning the reparian buffer.
MOTION: To change the 50' buffer to 100'. ACTION: Diehl/Bannan (4-3).
9. FLOOR OPENED FOR COMMENT.
Robin Murlless discussed the Chester Watershed with the Commission.
10. MOTION: To adjourned the meeting at 8:03 pm. ACTION: Little/Laudenslager (7-0).
