1. The meeting was called to order by Jim O'Brien, Chm., at 7:00 PM with a call for THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
2. The Floor was opened for Public Comment. There was none.
3. MINUTES
MOTION: To accept the MINUTES of 7/19/2005 with corrections. ACTION: Laudenslager/Spiegel (6-0).
MOTION: To accept the MINUTES of 8/16/2005 as submitted. ACTION: Spiegel/Laudenslager (6-0).
4. Final Subdivision Plan for two residential lots for Paul Lanni located at 1239 Ashbridge Road. Paul G. Lanni and Kathryn M. Gantz, Esq. were present for the Plan. Graham Deware was there as
interested neighbor.
There was a discussion on drainage and 100 year flood. It was recommended that a berm be created at the beginning of the driveway.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Final Subdivision Plan for Paul Lanni. ACTION: Laudenslager/Diehl (6-0).
5.
Final Subdivision Plan for a lot line change for Michael J. Hazley, Inc. located at 1001 North New Street. Michael J. Hazley and Dave Gibbons have agreed to a lot line swap. The Plan meets all Township Ordinances. Comments from the Chester County Planning Commission have not yet been received.
MOTION: To recommend approval for the Final Subdivision Plan for a Lot line swap as soon as Comments have been received from Chester County Planning Commission. ACTION: Diehl/McKie (6-0).
6. Initial Submissions
A.
Initial Subdivision for an office/warehouse condominium for deAntonio Group of Delaware located at 1041 Andrew Drive. This is a change from the original approved Plan to lease units. The new Plan will want to sell instead of lease the units.
B. Initial
Land Development Plan for a 6,632 sq. ft. office building for John W. Lister located at 115 Westtown Road. This Plan is for a small two story Commercial Building. A zoning hearing has been scheduled. The Plan has not been reviewed yet.
MOTION: To recommend approval of the Ordinance Changes. ACTION: Little/Laudenslager (6-0).
7. Committee Reports and Information
The walk of the Jerehian Estate is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 24,2005. The Planning Commission and Park and Recreation Board as well as members of the Sewer Authority will meet the
groundskeeper for a tour of 8 ½ miles of roads, paved and stone trails and two bridges and a number of lakes. It was suggested that the Phoenixville Pike wiggles be straightened before any construction begins.
10. The Floor was Opened for Public Comments. Robin Murlless was the only person left in the audience and he had no comments.
